Biking distance to the ocean at St. Augustine Beach. Townhome comes with 2 car garage , and there is ample parking for your guests behind the reserved spots! Comes with three beach bikes and beach chairs for fun in the sun! 2 Large patio decks(one upstairs balcony) and one downstairs by the water, with plenty of room to spread out and listen to the lake! Townhome kitchen equipped with all the amenities, including air fryer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans. Plenty of towels and sheets for you and your guests, including beach towels! We have a washer/dryer for your convenience. Master bedroom has a new queen bed. There is a Queen bed in the guest room, AND there is a den next to the downstairs guest bedroom where we have an additional two couches in the den downstairs if you need an extra sleeping space. Townhome has a Samsung frame tv comes equipped with community infiniti wifi and TONS of channels! The house has supreme internet for your computer needs. The home is 8 minutes to A1A in St. Augustine Beach, 10 minutes from the Bridge of Lions, and famous downtown St. Augustine, the nations' oldest city! You'll see the Castillo De San Marco Fort, the nation's oldest house, oldest school, and many other attractions. We are six minutes from the world-famous Alligator Farm and Anastasia Island State Park. Fifteen minutes from Marineland, where you can swim with the dolphins!

This is island living, on St. Augustine Beach - also called Anastasia Island. Easily 20+ quaint restaurants, clubs and coffee places, on our island, with a world famous ice cream shop nearby! Some call it St. Augustine Beach, some call it Anastasia Island (after the State Park) and because of the proximity to St. Augustine's beautiful lighthouse, and the Alligator Farm, and of course, the OCEAN!, but I call it HEAVENLY. This is a gated community with 24 hour security. The complex has a gym for your use, tennis courts, and paddleball courts, as well as pools and hot tubs.

This is 6 minutes from the St. Augustine Lighthouse, the Alligator Farm, and Anastasia Island State Park. It is 6-7 minutes from the St. Augustine Amphitheater, where people go every Saturday for the famous Farmers' Market, which has its very own band that plays. We are 10-11 minutes from downtown St. Augustine, and the Trolley Tours, Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum, and the world famous FORT!
