My house is in a small town outside of Atlanta and is on 1.2 acres with only one closeby neighbor. It has three bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and a small utility/studio with a huge back yard. There is a small shopping center area with major supermarket, Publix, pharmacy and fast food restaurants just 0.7 miles, Heritage Park which has a trail for biking or jogging is only 1.1 mile from house. It is only 4 miles to I-75, Walmart and main shopping area. Downtown Atlanta is about 40 minutes/34 miles north of here and has many attractions:Atlanta Botanical Garden, Zoo Atlanta, Centennial Olympic Park, The World of Coca-Cola Museum, Swan House at Atlanta History Center,and many more.
