I am a retired finance professional who spent most of my career with Textron & Raytheon. I grew up just west of Boston MA. I have lived in New England for most of my life except for six plus years in Dallas Texas. My wife, Sarah, passed away in 2015. I have one daughter, Camille and one grandson, Jameson. I purchased my condo in the seaside resort of Hampton Beach NH in 2016. I rent my condo in July and August using HomeAway. I am an avid sports fan plus I love walking three miles a day plus I love my gym and I love to read especially historical biography's.

Three bedroom, three bath two story 1464 sq ft condo built in 2016, fully furnished with 3 TVs, cable & internet, sleeps 8 comfortably, use of 2018 Toyota Camry, beautiful views, walk to beach, restaurants & bars, entertainment and lots of other amenities. Forty miles north of Boston MA.

The neighborhood is relatively quiet in the off season from October thru March but there many restaurants and bars that are open all year and are within walking distance. The beautiful sandy beach and boardwalk (three miles) is one block away and perfect for walking or jogging most of the year other than the winter months of December, January, February and March.

Walking distance to beach, playground, restaurants ( Seaketch, Bernie's, McGirks all located on the ocean), bars, entertainment and a casino. Hampton Beach is a short distance ( 15 minutes by car) to Newburyport MA which is an upscale port City with lots of fine restaurants, shops and bars. There are numerous grocery and retail stores less than a 15 minute drive from the condo on RT 1. Hampton Beach is about 40 miles north of Boston and an ideal location to explore the New England coast and the mountains of New Hampshire.
