Our neighborhood is a nicer and quiet suburb neighborhood in the Corpus area! About a 30 minute drive to North Padre Island and 40 minutes to the National Seashore. Just 20 minutes to get to downtown Corpus Christi. We have a local movie theater that is within walking distance of the home as well as tennis courts and the five points shopping center which has stores like Ross, Hobby Lobby, Petco, CVS and a sushi/hibachi grill and more. A brand new gym just opened within walking distance of our home and they also provide childcare- it's a VERY nice gym! The houses are all very nice and pleasant to look at and have very interesting front yards because of retaining walls. Very hilly! It's a great place to get some exercise with all the hills surrounding the neighborhood. We absolutely love taking walks in our neighborhood and it's one of the nicer neighborhoods in Calallen.
