Degisim için önerdigimiz ev hakkinda
For the moment we have an exchange with Austria in Summer, but we don`t know, if we can realize it ( Covid 19 Rules). We are open for short exchanges in the Bavarian holidays within Germany, Austria or Switzerland.
We accept only single-invitations without being in a pool of other invitations. This happened two times and we want only meant seriously messages for the future. We commited in the exchanges and got the information, that the inviter isn´t interested any more.
Our house (200 sqm) has an own ecological pool in a quiet area. The little town has a railway-station and an own autobahn-exit of the A7. The airport Memmingen (Allgäu airport) is 30min away. Within 1 h you can reach Munich, Stuttgart, the Alpes, Austria and the lake of Constanze.
Illertissen has an own indoor pool with several saunas (Nautilla), a lot of supermarkets and wonderful bakeries. It´s a really nice town. We have a Wallbox (Type 2) for electic cars in our carport.

In unserer Kleinstadt gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Bäckereien, Metzgereien, Supermärkte und auch Stores für Kleidung und Drogeriemärkte. Alles ist bequem auch mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Zudem gibt es im Landkreis ausgeschilderte Radtouren und Wandertouren. Wir haben zudem zwei große Freizeitparks in der Nähe: das Legoland Deutschland und den Skyline Park. Beide sind in ca. 45 min über die Autobahn bequem zu erreichen. In jeweils ca. 30 km Entfernung sind die Städte Ulm (mit dem höchsten Kirchturm der Welt) und Memmingen schöne Städte zum Shoppen und Bummeln. Wer einen Ausflug in die Berge zum Wandern machen möchte, hat dazu viele Möglichkeiten im Allgäu (z.B. Immenstadt ca. 75 min).
