The open kitchen is equipped with a cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a large refrigerator. In the dining room there is an antique tiled stove from 1910 made of Meissen porcelain. In the upper living area is the large living room with balcony, a bathroom with shower and toilet and the sleeping level integrated into the room.
In addition to the shower in the bathroom, there is another bathtub built into the floor of the living room from which to enjoy the home cinema. In the upper living room there is a home cinema and a fireplace, and a table tennis table can also be set up there, which is provided. The bath is covered with a walk-in cover.
