Wir sind ein Ehepaar aus Bayern. Beide sind wir nun im Ruhestand und leben seit 1980 in unserer Eigentumswohnung.
Ich war Konstrukteur und meine Frau hat die Niederlassung einer Spedition aus Norddeutschland in München geleitet.
Wir haben schon sehr viele Länder in Europa, Südamerika, USA und Asien, wie auch die deutschen Bundesländer bereist.

90 qm appartement in an 1912 build building, all renovated, very near the underground TUBE (U-Bahn U3) (5 minutes walk), 10 minutes per tube to the center Marienplatz, Bus-Stations + Railway Stations "Harras" 5 minutes to shops, restaurants etc.
1 big bedroom, 1 40 qm sitting room, 20 qm build in "living kitchen" bath room, separate toilet, 1st floor, no lift, little Balkony to the back and tiny one to the front. very nice vieuw opposite a little park

Semtimiz ve çevremiz hakkinda
we live 5 minutes away from the river. The surrounding of our house is "green" little park in front, big park crossed the road and long walks along the river ISAR either downtown or direction south, with no limits. you can do rafting at the river as well.
On the other hand we are only 10 minutes way from the city center, you can even walk there, if you want. We are very near the Zoo.
Shops, Restaurants etc. are in 5 minutes walking distance. Tennis is round the corner.
downtown Munich you find the Opera, Theatres, Cinemas etc. Munich is well known for it's fantastic museums, such as German Museum, Alte Pinakothek, neue Pinakothek, Pinakothek der Moderne, Brandhurst, Lenbachhaus and much more.
For skying you have to go 1 hour by car or rail to get directly to the mountains, Garmisch or Austria (Kitzbuehl)
We have several indoor swimming pools round here, as well a biological swimming pool at the river, open only in summer...
Starnberger See, Ammersee and other smaller lakes are approx 1/2 hour away.
for sightseeing you can visit King Ludwigs Castles Neuschwanstein, Linderhof and Herrenchiemsee. All of them are approx 1 hours ride per car.

Skying 1 hour per car, Swimming 10 Minutes per car for indoor pools, 5 minutes for outdoor pools in the summer.
