We are a family of 4 and share our house with my mother (61) who owns the first floor. We have begun renovating the entire house but are not yet finished. We live on the second floor (about 140 m²), basement and attic are yet to be done, and the outside grounds are also waiting. There is a small playground for kids, some beds for vegetables, but no fence (yet) - so if you bring a dog, you'll have to watch him... Our own Rhodesian Ridgeback died last year, unfortunately. My mother has 1 cat inside and 3 living outside.

Degisim için önerdigimiz ev hakkinda
My grandparents built our house in 1963, we have begun renovation in 2019 and are still working on it... My mother (61) owns the first floor, we have the second (about 140 m²).
We have a small playground outside (see photo), but there's no fence yet - so you'll have to watch your dog or kids outside. The last storm just blew our screen fence but it will be repaired by May. There's a pavillon to sit (not yet on the photo) and enjoy BBQ, a sandbox and playtable for the little ones. We have just finished our balcony which you may also use for your morning breakfast in the sun (comes around the corner at 9 am :-) or dinner.

Semtimiz ve çevremiz hakkinda
We have some families in the neighborhood and also some older couples. In the summer the neighbor kids are mostly outside, but there's no unbearable noise. There are no high-rise buildings, since we live in a rural area. We are bordering a development area for new family homes, so there is a bit of construction going on and cars/trucks going up and down the street. But since we're on the outskirts of town, it's just a 2 minutes walk until you can let your dog (or kids ;-) run free.

The university town of Marburg with its beautiful castle is 20 min. away, the airport Frankfurt can be reached in 45 min.
There are 2 lakes nearby (car needed) for swimming, wakeboarding, sailing etc. We have 3 adult bikes and one bike for our 4-year-old that you can use - there are some nice trails along the rivers Lahn and Salzboede. You can go for a walk or hiking just starting at our house, and all necessary things in town can be reached on foot (bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, ...).
There are some amusement parks for kids and zoos within 1 hour by car, and also a quite large lakeside recreational area "Edersee", with a wildlife park, boating, sailing and mountainbiking or hiking possibilities.
The location is very good if you want to tour Germany a bit, as it is quite central to any direction.

We love cats and dogs, but we also like to keep the house clean and do not allow pets in our beds or sleeping quarters (or in the pantry...). The area is great for walking your dog, but since we haven't yet a fence around the grounds, you'll need to watch him ouside.
