Karlsruhe is situated in the south of Germany, more or less in the middle between Frankfurt and Strasbourg, 15 km to the east of the French-German border. From here, you can easily get to France, Luxembourt, Belgium, Netherlands and Switzerland.

The house in the western part of Karlsruhe:

- contains 15 flats
- is situated 10 minutes by the tram/bus from the city center and 20 min. from the central station
- is 10 minutes walk from the next tram/train station, a bus stop is just opposite of the house.
- has a big green area in the nearabouts.

Flat description:

- a 60 m2 big flat is in the third floor of the 5-storeyed building (with elevator)
- is ideal for a singe/couple with 1, max. 2 children.
- consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchen and corridor
- loggia is also available.

I have recently moved into this flat, it was almost completely renovated, only bathroom is oustanding and will be done by June this year (the bathroom can be used, but the look of it cannot be called modern). Some pieces of furniture and decoration (like pictures) are still needed, but the main furniture is available (please refer to the photos).
