The house is ideal with children. It is also very well located with the small lake 30 meters from the house in which we could swim and the city center easily accessible by public transport. The Holub are very friendly and we really enjoyed meeting them when we exchanged keys. When we returned, we also found our house very clean and welcoming. We had a very nice holiday in Köln. Before starting the exchange we had lunch together and Frederieke and Valentin are very friendly and charming people. Also the boys got along quickly. During the exchange the communication remained very pleasant. The house is comfortable and large and well situated in a quiet area. Next to visiting the city centre and doing walks in surrounding nature, we also went to Phantasialand: wonderful experience. Thanks again for the perfect house swap, we would immediately do it again!
