Two story family home in a little village, close to Göttingen.
Göttingen is famous for it's University, located between Kassel and Hannover in Lower Saxony.
Our home is situated between pastures and forests and only 3 km to downtown Göttingen.
The house was built on a slope. The main entrance is accessible by stairs.
We have 4 bedrooms & 3 full bathrooms.
The house is surrounded by a lush beautiful garden wirh two patios on the East and West side.

In our peaceful neighborhood we have lots of nature. Just 2 min from pastures and the forest, also just 2 min to the next grocery store, bus station, famous restaurant
and helpful neigboors. Our home is located ia a well situated environment, close to Georg August University and Max Planck Institute.
Botanical gardens, riding stables, rural farms, hiking and biking trails as well as historical and geographical highly interesting places.
We have two 18 course golf places nearby.

Hopping on the bike to town for a gallery visit or shopping, or hike through the forest to a nearby cafe and riding stable.
2 min down the road we have a famous restaurant which serves German cuisine and also allows accomodation for extra visitors.
Medieval villages surround Göttingen, e.g. Witzenhausen, Hann Münden, Duderstadt... The former german border wall is located to the East.
Many medieval castles and the Harz mountains are only 45 min away. Several rivers invite for kanu or kajak tours. We live closely to the world famous Brother Grimms fairytail road.
Hannover and Kassel invite with their monumental castles and beautiful parks and gardens. To the west you will find many famous convents and monestaries.
