We live in a large, newly bulid semi-detached house with a small garden in a quiet neighborhood. Our home combines the best from two worlds: The calmness and beautiful nature of the sourroundings of Berlin and the closeness to the city (about 1 hour by car or public transport).
We have the following at walking(!) distance:
1 minute: friendly neighbors and the woods ;-)
10 minutes: supermarket, restaurant, lake, nature park, several playbrounds
20 minutes: bakery, several restaurants, Cafe, wine store, kebab, pharmacy, fishermen selling fresh fish, fitness, gas station, train station, another 3 lakes, beach, beaver's lodge

The house consists of a living with open kitchen, oven, microwave and dish washer and a guest’s bathroom with shower in the basement as well as a storage room with washing mashine/dryer. On the upper floor are a large bedroom with two windows, one of them facing the woods, a nursery, a studio and a bathroom with shower, bath and WC. Two adults and a toddler can sleep in the sleeping room, and 1 or 2 kids or teenager on an extensible couch in the studio. In our small garden guests can grab herbs, fruits and vegetables (depending on season) or have a barbecue.

Our son was born in 2021. He is an easy-care child. We did our best to make our home kids-safe (staircase, electric plugs, drawers). We also have a cat, she is very friendly and will like you very much if you give her food, clean her toilet and cuddle her. To make sure that everything runs smoothly, we prefer exchange partners who have prior experience in taking care for cats.
