Degisim için önerdigimiz ev hakkinda
Our flat is about 90 squaremeters big and located in the backbuilding of a house in the heart of friedrichshain. Simon-Dach-Street is famous for its restaurants and bars so the street is always crowded but still it is absolutely quiet in the backbuilding. So you have the best of two worlds: Many very good (vegan) restaurants and a quiet and peaceful place for your family in the backbuilding.
The living room and the kitchen are one big room from which you can step out at the balcony. We really like the bar in the kitchen. The woman who used to own the flat was american so she had to have a bar in the kitchen :) We love it because it is very good for cooking dinner even with children sitting on the bar!
We have two balconies. One for relaxing, eating, having a drink and another balcony at the back with a quiet good spinning bike!
We have hot water at any time of the day - which is not common at all in Berlin ;)
Our bathroom has a shower cubicle as well as a bathtub and a underfloor heating!
Sorry but we don't have a TV screen hanging on the wall. But you can put some of our records on ;)
we have a piano and two guitars.

Simon-Dach-Straße and Boxhagener Platz are famous for their variety of delicious (vegan) restaurants, bars and cafes. Musicians are playing in the streets and there are lots (!) of young families with children. You can go shopping at really good vintage stores and there a several specialized record stores. Every saturday there is a huge food market and sunday a flea market. After 3 years in berlin we still love going to the flea market almoust every sunday.
