"Hippe Mitte" is a neighborhood in the center of Berlin in between Prenzlauer Berg and Museum island. Walking distance to the natural science museum (dinosaurs), Hamburger Bahnhof and galleries in Scheunenviertel with contemporary art, night club scene, restaurants and bars. it is easy and enjoyable to get around with public transportation and on bike. Really nice french bakery and italian restaurants around the corner.

Simultaneous and non-simultaneous home exchanges are possible. Changes are possible during holidays. My children are teenagers now. The house is a living in space for artists, located in the backyard garden of a 19th century rental house. The garden in front of the Remise (a former small and long stretched storehouse) with 120 squaremetres has open staircase from the ground floor to the roof with open spaces. 1 master bedroom, 2 small bedrooms under the roof, 1 open kitchen, 1 office- living room. The garden and terrace is part of the house and entrance and is gardened by the neighborhood.
