It is located very central, you can go with public transport in 20 min. to Hauptbahnhof, Potsdamer Platz or Tempelhofer Feld. The famous Markthalle with its local shops and flea-market on saturdays and sundays is a fifteen minutes walk away. There are many nice and individual cafés and restaurants around the corner. The flat has a 30 sqm kitchen/living room and three more bedrooms (one of them is the kid's room). There are also two bathrooms with a shower and a bathtub. It is located in the backyard, so it is very quiet. Our neighbours are very nice and friendly people.
