our building dates from 1907 with modern bathroom and kitchen. wooden floors and a nice balcony with a view over berlin neukölln.
the apartment is very calm, since we are at the second building in our apartment block, at the back of the block facing the street.
three room apartment on the fifth floor. no elevator! please note that kids age preferably should be 6+, apartment is not childproof and balcony and windows have no special protection.
we are close to the landwehrkanal river, görlitzer park, playgrounds and a large number of small cafés and family friendly restaurants.

public transport is a 5 to 10 minute walk away: bus 29 ohlauer straße or u1 metro görlitzer bahnhof. we are right in the center of berlin.
bus takes you directly to checkpoint charlie and friedrichstraße in berlin mitte in less than 15 minutes.
