Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans la maison spacieuse de Hella et sa famille. Tout a été extrêmement bien indiqué (de la lave-linge jusqu'au kayak) , de plus, Hella était très disponible pour nos questions tout le long du séjour. Niklas, un de ses fils, a occupé l'appartement sous le toit pendant une semaine sans que cela ait interféré avec notre intimité. Hermsdorf offre tous les commerces, même une librairie, et des restaurants variés. Avec les vélos bien équipés nous avons pu rayonner dans les environs, dans les réserves naturels, le long du "Mauerweg" et autour du Tegeler See , en alternance avec des visites des nombreux musées. Un échange à recommander sans hésitation ! We had a great holiday in the spacious house of Hella and her family. Everything was extremely well indicated (from the washing machine to the kayak), moreover, Hella was very available for our questions throughout the stay. Niklas, one of his sons, occupied the apartment under the roof for a week without it interfering with our privacy. Hermsdorf offers all the shops, even a bookstore, and various restaurants. With the well-equipped bicycles we were able to explore the surroundings, in the nature reserves, along the "Mauerweg" and around the Tegeler See, alternating with visits to the many museums. An exchange to recommend without hesitation!

We had a lovely holiday in Berlin, staying in this huge house about 25 min. North of central Berlin. We enjoyed shopping & sightseeing in Berlin, biking at the old "Mauerweg" - the present biking track of the Berlin Wall. Furthermore we went swimming at lakes nearby. There is lots of opportunities to explore. The house was really nice and clean with lots of beautiful painting. Daniel enjoyed playing the PS4. The exchange went very good. It is highly recommended. We had a lovely week in your house. Just 25 minutes to Brandenburger Tor and 5 minutes (on foot) to the nearest woods. The house is spacious, super complete (sauna, PS4, well equipped kitchen) and full of beautiful paintings. Thank you for your friendliness and for having us. All the best, Raymond and Joukje

This year we returned to the nice house in Berlin Hermsdorf. Now for a much longer time. More than three months. We very much enjoyed everything. The nice and spacious house, the garden, the neighborhood. The s-bahn station is nearby, from there you go easily to wherever you want to go in Berlin. And the lakes and the woods are also close. Thanks to Hella and Ingo for this opportunity and for the easy communication.

Hella und ihre Familie haben sowohl ihr Haus als auch das unsere in perfektem Zustand hinterlassen. Es gab nette Aufmerksamkeiten und eine unkomplizierte Kommunikation per WhatsApp und Email. Wir empfehlen einen Tausch!

Wir haben uns im wunderschönen und grosszügigen Haus der Familie Berensmeyer sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir danken ganz ganz herzlich für alles: Das super eingerichtete Haus, die Fahrräder, die leckeren Sachen und Getränke, die hilfreichen Broschüren und Karten. Alles bestens organisiert. Liebe Familie Berensmeyer! Wir hatten eine erlebnisreiche und sehr kurzweilige Herbstferien-Woche in Berlin. Wir vier fühlten uns sofort in eurem großen, gemütlichen Haus Willkommen. Danke für das leckere englische Essen und den Wein zur Begrüßung. Selbst die Kinder waren von der Größe eurer Villa in der idyllischen Wohnlage beeindruckt. Besonders gut haben uns eure Einrichtung und die selbst gemalten Gemälde gefallen. Für die Sauna hat unsere Zeit leider nicht gereicht. Zum Einkaufen waren wir um die Ecke zu Fuß beim Lidl. Auch Rewe, ein Biomarkt, Bäcker waren auf dem Weg von der S- Bahn nach Hause (10 min) zu finden. Mit der S- Bahn konnten wir in 30-45 min die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt erkunden (Reichstag, Brandenburger Tor, Pergamonmuseum, Potsdamer Platz ...) und waren mitten drin. Vielen Dank für die vielen Informationen über eure Stadt. In der Nähe spazierten wir am "Tegeler Fließ" zu den Wasserbüffeln in wunderschöner Natur. Danke für den Tipp! Es war von Anfang an unkompliziert und angenehm, mit dir, liebe Hella, zu kommunizieren. Absprachen waren immer problemlos zu treffen. Obwohl wir uns nicht persönlich kennengelernt haben, meinen wir fast, euch zu kennen. Mit unserem 3. Haustausch waren wir vollstens zufrieden. We had a wonderful long weekend in the house of the Berensmeyer family. From the house it is very each to take the train to the center of Berlin. The neighbourhood was cosy with a lot of small shops and restaurants. The family had provided us with everything we needed. The only problem was that the exchange was too short! We would love to come back some time in the future.

Dieses großzügige, helle Haus - und der schöne Wintergarten!- eignen sich bestens für eine Berlinreise, bei der man die Stadt kennenlernen und sich danach in einer ruhigen Atmosphäre erholen möchte. Die Anbindung an das Zentrum mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist gut und in direkter Nachbarschaft findet man alle notwendigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Gastgeber sind spürbar erfahrene Haustauscher und sehr nett und fürsorglich. Vielen Dank für ein anregendes und gemütliches Osterwochenende und noch viele interessante Tausche! Ulrike Calm

It was a really lovely holiday: the house is large, warm and lovable !! It 'was very comfortable move to Berlin by Metro, only five minutes from home. Berlin is a very pleasant town also for families, even with small children. Thanks to Hella and Ingo for their great hospitality. We felt at home and, upon our return, our house was perfect. We felt very much welcome in this fantastic house. We had everything we needed, and felt like home. Our kids also loved the space and "their" rooms. This family is friendly and helpfull, and they also took good care of our house while they were there. It was nice and clean when we returned. The neighborhood is quite and nice, and you'll find everything you need there. It was good to come "home" to this surroundings after long days in Berlin city center.
