Very nice, new built family-house with garden in Potsdam-Babelsberg, next to Berlin. Our nice house is located in the calm Potsdam, directly bordering to Berlin. You can enjoy both cities and the landscape.The house is located in the historical "Weberviertel",a quiet but very agile part of Potsdam, two minutes walk to use the public Transport to Berlin City Center (30 min) or Potsdam City center.(10 min) Different supermarkets, Restaurants and shops are achievable by feet. The Cinema (films in english Version are available) is in the same street, 4 minutes walk. Bicycles are also available. Both Potsdam and Berlin are high in culture and sights. Not far away from our house are the film-studios babelberg with a big leisure park. But it's also possible to enjoy nature and relaxation. Only a ten-minutes-walk away lake Griebnitzsee is located with a big landing stage and a canoe rental. With bicycle you are fast in the forest or in the heath.A must-see is the famous castle of Sanssouci, part of the UNESCO world heritage, along with a number of other beautiful castles in and around the city. There is a nice public beach ten minutes by bike in the Schlosspark Babelsberg, next to the river Havel. On Saturdays, there is a market with regional products just around the corner.We offer you friendly neighbourhood and a huge garden to relax. Children are very welcome.
