The flat is 40m2, with a Kitchen and a Living/ Bedroom and a balcony facing the backyard. The furniture is old but good, there is a not smart TV and many plants you can water in a longer stay :) There is a washing machine that you can use, and a dishwasher. There is a large double bed (140x2m), and a sofa that one person can sleep on. So the flat can hold 2, maximum 3 people (if 2 of them share the bed) comfortably. There is one bike you can use, ask me about it. Everything needed for cooking, cleaning, living is there. Even though in the city center, it is a pretty peaceful place :)
