Apartment is located on the third and last floor of a nineteenth-century building a 5-minute walk from Rialto and 10 from San Marco. It is furnished in a modern style with exposed beams and leads directly to the terrace where you can relax in the evening with a good glass of wine and enjoy the cool of the summer evenings. The bedroom features a 160 * 200 double bed with a very comfortable memory foam mattress and a desk. Adjacent to the room a living room (with a sofa) with television. In the house lives a dog some days per week, but we don't leave it with the guests! If you are allergic the house is not suitable.
