Salve, mi chiamo Livia ho 67 anni vivo sola (e quasi sempre viaggio sola) con la mia gatta Jenny. Mi appassiona il cinema, leggere, teatro e l'opera. Adoro passeggiare, avere dei tempi lenti. Detesto gli alberghi e trovo che scambiare le proprie case sia la cosa più comoda che ci sia. (bè, un poco faticosa la preparazione...;)

Quiet sunny and cosy 55 sq. meters flat with lovely 20sq.meters terrace, third floor no lift, ideal for 1 person or a couple.
Very good public transports to Rome center - 8 minutes walking distance to Metro Station Ottavia, trains every 15 minutes. (just an example: in 25 minutes you are in Trastevere).
Buses 24 hours...yes, even an excellent night bus departing from Piazza Venezia.
If you like to visit the beautiful area of Tuscan with the Bracciano lake and medieval Viterbo they are on the same train route but...in the opposite direction!
P.S. I usually travel alone but sometimes with a friend...so it is 1 person or 2 .
I love pets, I share my flat with my beloved 6 years cat, Jenny .
Taking good care of her has to be part of the deal:-)

Semtimiz ve çevremiz hakkinda
The place is very quiet yet at a few meters you can find many shops - a Post Office, A Pharmacy, a good Supermarket (IN's) and a large and well furnished shop of fruit and vegetables. Then a pub, "Crash Test", a Cafeteria selling fresh bread and very good expressos. Along the road going to the Station you can find other shops. Buses 999 and 998 bring you until the Station if you don't feel like walking 600 meters:-) Anyway, I have written a manual for the flat and everything concerning Rome ( public transport, tips for things to see ect.) I can send it via mail on demand.

Our guests have to behave like they want me to behave in their own home. To water the plants on the terrace (a matter of few minutes) and take good care of my cat, Jenny. That'all!
An important thing: I wish exchanges of at least 10/14 days, not less. I'm 67 now and I don't drive any more so I prefer cities with good public transports, I'm not interested in beautiful places but isolated ;-)
