The flat is located in a neighbourhood not far from the city center and well served by public means. Bus stop is 50 meters far from the flat and it takes 15-20 minutes to reach the main Station Termini where you can take both the underground lines or just walk.
Everything is very close to the building (confectioner's, chemist's shop, banks, supermarket, restaurants, pizzerie, bakery, ice-cream parlours and so on).

The flat has been completely redecorated and it is quite large (about 100 square meters). It has two large bedrooms (one of them with air conditioner and a small private bathroom), a living room with air conditioner, a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The flat has one double bed in one bedroom and one double sofa bed in the other bedroom.
It is very quite because all the windows look into courtyards.
There is air conditioning.
