Not to forget:
1-Tenants are responsible for any damage done/caused to the villa, floors and objects inside it, throughout their stay. Please disclose any damage done, even accidental, in order to avoid further penalties, in addition to those of repair and/ or replacement of the damaged object.
2-Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the house.
3-Please make sure the house is left in good condition before departure, avoiding leaving the kitchen dirty and messy, wet towels, running water. (Cleaning lady is available on request).
4- We do follow local municipality recycling calendar. Carefully follow the informations provided on the welcome book.
5- Do not park the car in front of the gates with the words "PASSO CARRABILE".
It is recommended to use the dirt space adjacent to the house, to avoid any kind of problem.
6-It requires the utmost respect for neighboring apartments and the use of common sense on night schedules.
