Flat in residence located in front of the Gulf of Follonica, named Valpiana, which is 10 km away. Location in the green of olive groves, with all the basic services in the area. On two levels, two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 entrances and a box. Outside with veranda and garden overlooking the countryside and the sea. Sleeps 4, furnished and equipped as a second home. Follonica offers all the even more detailed services, beaches and attractions . Very lively in the summer, calmer in the autumn and winter months. Excellent cuisine, excellent wines and olive oil. Siena 60 km. Pisa 80 km. Firenze 120 km. Roma 230 km.
