We are three. My husband is a layer and works in Florence. I am an art historian and work at the Politecnico od Milan and even make my researches in Florence where we live in the center not far away from the apartment that we offer for exchange and that we restored with passion. Our son Giulio is attending the middle school and is a lover of football and sky as well his father.
Untill 2015 we were inscribed to Homelink and made several exchanges (New York, Copenhagen, Paris, Cortina, Venice) with our ale small apartment that know we don't hold anymore.

Large apartment located at the upper level with elevator There is a wonderful terrace over ruffs where you can see very well the close Palazzo Vecchio, Forte Belvedere and the San Miniato Hill. The house is not our first house but a secondary flat. We took care in restoring it and in the forniture that respects the style of the building. It is in the heart of historical site and a following second world war reconstrution. There are two bedroom with double bed and an extra studio room with a comfortable sofa-bed. There are two bathrooms.

L'appartamento si trova vicino a Ponte Vecchio nel cuore di Firenze. La via è molto frequentata soprattutto nelle stagioni più turistiche ma l'appartamento all'ultimo piano risulta tranquillo e insonorizzato
