Hi i’m Chiara i ‘ve Been inside/out HomeLink for almost 20 years, I prefer to travel in this way because I think it gives you a deeper experience of the country That you are visiting.
I worked like set designer and prop in the opera theatre for a very long time, now I quit and I start renting my houses to tourists, so I got quite an experience in hosting and a large calendar for even non simultaneous exchange to offer. (Please don’t misunderstand i’m here to exchange not to rent) We come to live in the deep and wilder Tuscany’s country, here it’s quite and isolated, near the woods, just the opposite of Florence center. I got a facebook page and an instagram account with experience, advices and activities that you can do in Florence : Florence in one home (Facebook), florenceinonhome (insta).

Degisim için önerdigimiz ev hakkinda
we got a large apartment (100 sqm) in the deep center of florence just near Santa Croce church, that you can see just touring the corner, the house is composed of three rooms, we use one as our main bedroom and the other 2 like small studios for us, my partner play guitar and i .... i'm interest in everything so i often change, in every room we got a sofabed, even in the living room, that is extremely comfortable,with cable tv dvd reader stereo system and full of books, some even in english, we also have wife and we will live a small pc if you need, our kitchen is quite small but complete and colorful, we have everything except the microwave oven,( i know but i'm green to have one), the bathroom is small but we have a bathtub, if you are stressed for any reason, i think it's all, we are in the center so you can easily find anything you need, and strange for florence our home is in front of a garden so you can see trees instead of other houses.

Semtimiz ve çevremiz hakkinda
it's quite zone, you'll see a lot of people around friday and saturday ,cause the zone it's full of restaurant , bars and stuff to dance sing and so on, it's 2 minutes far from santa croce and 10 minutes far ( on foot i mean) by any other interesting point, you can choose between 2 supermarket if want to eat at home or if you dine out you have the most famous florence restaurant the Osteria Pinchiorri from 600euro each or spaghetti and pizza restaurant from 4,5 euro each, the range it's wide, you can look on my trip advisor profile for more information about the area, if like running you can run on the hill on the other side of the river.
