Figline Valdarno is a little town near to Florence (19 km), with a tiny historical center. It is a very good place to stay if you want to visit Florence, Arezzo, Chianti area, and other great Tuscany places, because is near to main highways (20' to Florence, 1h to Siena), very well served by train (15' to Florence, 35' to Arezzo, 1h 30' to Pisa), and easily reachable from Pisa or Florence airport. It's not an expensive town, with less traffic and noise than Florence. We live in a quiet street from where you can reach in few minutes of walk every service you need (shops, train station, restaurants, bars, children playgrounds, etc.).
