244 sqmeters house with pool close to Stockholm city.
The house has a pooldeck area facing south-west, sun från 8am til sunset. The pooldeck area also has an outdoor room with moveble glassdoors, perfect for lunches in the shade or latenight dinners. The house is located higher then the adgasent neighbours, that gives you a nice view al over aswell as privacy.
The house is spacious and with a lot of socialareas. A big kitchen, two barthrooms and an extra WC, tv-room, sauna, 6 bedrooms with beds for 8 people, but it´s possible to fit some extra madrasses.

The nighbourhoud is concidered one of Stuvstas most attractive areas. Calm and safe with a little traffic and a lot of beautiful gardens by the lake.
From the house you can take a 20 minutes walk to the train or a bus for 3 minutes. The train takes 13 minutes to Stockholm City.
At the house we also have a small garden for kids to play in and a 5 minute walk to a playground.
We live next to a lake, Långsjön, what is perfect for a 6 km morningwalk (1hour) , on the opposit side of the lake there is a small beach and café and Italian restaurant ( Really good food)
