Our flat is a beautiful and spacious penthouse with a large terrace, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, located in the Salamanca district, where you can enjoy a wide range of shops, restaurants and bars. It just takes a 5 minute walk to get to Retiro Park.

The appartment is very well connected: the nearest metro station, Goya, is only 2 minutes away on foot, and it connects you easily to Sol, Cibeles and the main museums. The express bus to the airport is only a 5 minute walk away.

Accommodation
Our three-bedroom penthouse apartment with terrace is very well located and is spacious (130 square meters) and comfortable for children. There are two high chairs for children and a cot.

The large terrace makes the apartment really unique in Madrid. It is the ideal place to return to after a day's visit in Madrid.

The excellent bus and metro communications will allow you to enjoy all that the historic city center has to offer, but at the same time escape from the hustle and bustle. It is also quite close if you feel like walking to the city centre or visiting the fashion shops on the main streets of Serrano and Velázquez.

The lounge is very spacious and full of light, with direct access to a large terrace (30 square meters). There are two comfortable sofas and a large wooden table in the kitchen open to the lounge which is fully equipped. All appliances are modern and easy to use, including a kettle, a Nesspresso, a microwave, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a washing machine, etc.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. It is very quiet and the double bed is very comfortable.

The second bedroom includes two single beds while the third bedroom has two large bunk beds. We also have a cot for a baby or small child.
Our children are happy to share their toys, bikes, scooter and trains that they enjoy playing with so much!

The attic has another modern bathroom fully equipped with a bathtub.

Our favourite place in the house is the wonderful and spacious terrace, equipped with a table for 6 people, comfortable deck chairs to lie down and enjoy a drink while you enjoy the views of Madrid. The terrace is full of plants and trees, as you can see in the pictures, which makes this terrace a great place to relax after visiting Madrid.
