I have a nice apartment in Cádiz city (Andalusia, Southern Spain), newly renovated and modern, with lots and lots of light and only outdoor views, one of them being a wonderful sight of the beach, since it is located right in front of it.

Enjoy the view from the very sofa trough the big window in the living room, or step out to the balcony overviewing the endless white sand ???

The flat is very spacious (there is not corridor; it is 55 square meters), has a big bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a big living room, all very sunny. It is perfect for two people. The bed is very comfortable and measures 1.60 m, and the bathroom is adapted for people with diverse mobility needs.

In my house, I have air conditioning, but sometimes it's nicer to have a fan. I have two fans: one in the living room and one in the bedroom. In the living room window and on the balcony awnings.

I have an umbrella and 3 beach chairs. Don't be afraid of the sun!!!

My house is located in a very lively area and is surrounded by great bars and restaurants.

Cadiz is located in the extreme south of Spain, on the Atlantic coast of Andalusia (called Coast of light; “Costa de la luz” in Spanish). Due to its location on a small island, so close to the sea, it has a particularly mild microclimate. At the height of summer the maximum temperature is 35 degrees Celsius (95 degrees Fahrenheit), but living on the coast, the wind chill is much lower. In addition, it is often windy and this also makes the wind chill (the “feels like” temperature) much lower.

The closest airport is Jerez airport (XRY). From Cadiz to Jerez airport takes 29 minutes by car (42,3 Km) and there are some 1-hour train options.

Otherwise, you could fly to Malaga/Seville and enjoy a one-day trip before arriving to Cádiz.
