Our neighborhood is very local and walking distance to Gracia (5 minutes). Our home is walking distance to all tourist attractions, without having tourists in our neighborhood. Our street is lined with cafes and shops, and also two blocks from parks and larger restaurants. There is a gym a five-minute walk away with an indoor pool and spa, and parks for outdoor cycling and walking. The Barceloneta beach is about a 50-minute walk, or 15 minutes on the metro. On Sundays, there is also public swing dancing on Passeig Sant Joan (one block away). Plus, the weather is great and sunny year-round!
