We are a couple with three grown up sons. David is an Architect and I am the administration director of the Architectural Practice . One of our sons Mark is also an Architect and director. It is a third generation practice. Mark and his Partner have one son.
Our other two sons are John, an Engineer involved with MIPS safety systems for bike Helmets across Europe and Greg who is a Management consultant for a Construction company in New York.
John lives in Northern Ireland with his wife and three children. Greg lives in New York with his wife and two children
We love to travel and experience new cultures and places but we especially love Europe !
We have been members of Homelink for many years and have had many successful exchanges.

Holiday cottage with beautiful views, sea and countryside. Sheltered garden 5 mins Walk to Liscannor village and exceptional fish restaurants & Irish pubs. Located on edge of "The Burren" - Unesco Geo Park site and protected landscape. Wonderful walking/hiking area. 5kms to the Cliffs of Moher and Lahinch Championship golf course. Specialist walking,Biking and Golf. Surfing/rock climbing and surf schools at Lahinch Beach. Public transport available but car recommended.
Shannon airport c.1 hour. Dublin airport c. 3 hours and Cork airport c. 2 1/2 hours
Non simultaneous exchange is not a problem

Our holiday cottage is a few minutes walk to the small village of Liscannor where you will find one of the best fish restaurants in the West of Ireland - Vaughans Anchor Inn.
Our favourite pub is almost next door to this ( Egans) There Is also a small hotel in the village where there are regular music sessions and also good food, all are within walking distance of the house.
