We are a couple with three older teenage children (Two boys 18 and 17 as well as a 15 year old gir), a dog and a cat.
Brian is a keen runner while I am more of an reluctant one! We take part in our local park runs and are excited about adding Crissy Field in SF to our stats.
We have booked to travel to San Francisco on the 30th of July 2020 and to return from Los Angeles on the 15th of August. We are looking to swap in Los Angeles although we will not get there until early in August. Our home would be available for the full 16 days to you obviously.
We also have a spacious 2 bedroom, 6 bed, 2.5 bath holiday home beside Quinta do Lago in Portugal which we are happy to swap at a different time to when we can travel. (It is fully rented out for the summer months).
We both run a Catering Company with multiple café's and venues so are very into food and hospitality. You will find shelves of cookbooks and a larder full of ingredients for lazy evenings in.
Our children are older so we don't have many younger kids toys left. The children are well behaved and interested in technology - the 18 year old, sport - the 17 year old and shopping - the 15 year old.
We love modern living and our homes are designed around that.

Our home was built for us in 2005 as a calm retreat from our busy lifestyle and is very spacious, around 3200sq ft. It features underfloor heading, central sound, two sitting rooms as well as a fully equipped modern kitchen. It has a large back garden with a trampoline, out door seating and a pizza oven.
The master bedroom has a super king bed, an ensuite with double jacuzzi bath and steam room, the second master has a single bed, bench press and en suite shower room. Then are two other other king bedrooms - these rooms share the one bath room which features a walk in shower and a full size bath.
We have a large driveway accessed through electric gates. The front and back gardens are large and well maintained with plenty of outdoor furniture for when the sun does shine. Our kitchen dining area opens out to the back patio where the pizza oven is, making it easy to cook outside and eat inside.
We are 19km's away from O'Connell Bridge and on a direct bus route into the city as well as close to all the major roads for accessing the rest of the country.
We love our calm sitting room while the kids love their living room which has an Xbox, table tennis table, Elliptical Machine, Treadmill and Stationery Bike as well a multiple couches!
Our animals are both rescues and Cory (the dog) goes to stay with my parents when we go away but Gorgeous (the cat) stays at home. She is an outdoor cat and our family live beside us so feed her in our absence. We just want you to know that she will be around.

Our house is walking distance to the grand canal which has a walking and cycle path all the way to the city centre. We are on major routes to the city and to the rest of the country. We would recommend a car and are open to swapping one of ours.

Our house is a modern design family home. It has a lot of steps so may not be suitable for very small children - we don't have chair gates and there are a lot of tiles. It is very much loved by us so we are looking to swap with another family who love their home and we each live like we would normally.
