From there you can reach a lot on foot: port, beach, placa de catalunya, metro stations, etc. Shopping opportunities are practically in front of the door. Barcelona is a fantastic city. We had a fantastic exchange with Mathias and his family. Mathias was very good at communicating prior to the exchange, and everything went very well during our respective stays. I would really recommend them for future exchanges.
