  Very nice and comfortable house with garden that in summer allows life outside and nice dinners. A great experience and a fantastic exchange with the Lansens family, Michael, Inger and children. Highly recommended The house is very close to Ghent and you can go perfectly by car or tram in a few minutes. We have really enjoyed our holidays in Belgium, a short distance from Bruges and Bruxelles. Perfect environment for lovers of cycling and sports. Every day I could go for a run or bike on a route next to the River Schelde. Also family excursions by bike and in the end a good beer. We had the opportunity to meet our exchange friends when they arrived at our house and the Lansen family is lovely. Ghent falls in love, with its incredible buildings, its history and its channels.   I became ill shortly before the exchange so was not able to visit as planned. Instead I had to stay at another address in England, so I never reached the exchange partner's Belgian house and can't comment on it. The family were exemplary guests in my house, leaving it in perfect condition, they were very easy to make plans with in advance and I'm quite sure they would prepare their own house carefully for anyone.
