  Gracias a Barbara y Jean Baptiste todo el intercambio ha salido bien. Angers es una ciudad muy agradable y la región de Anjou es muy recomendable de visitar. Castillos, vino y buena gente. Todo un acierto.

  Our exchange house in France was just as we imagined only better! Tucked in a quiet lane, this 18th century house had all the very modern conveniences yet the charm of an old country French house. Extraordinarily quiet with a small garden to enjoy we loved arriving home to park our car just inside the private gates and enter into the wide cool corridor to view the Music room with grand piano and the casual lounge and dining with very modern kitchen. Thank you to our hosts, Barbara and Jeane- Baptiste for your gifts and kindness we had a super holiday. Sue and Glenn Barnes.

• Wonderful home, wonderful city

  Dear family Maret. Thank you for swapping homes with us this summer. We were welcomed by your very friendly and helpful neighbors and had a good feeling as soon as the gate between the itsy bitsy tiny road and your impressive house was opened. We loved your house, its atmosphere, its corridors, its cool freshness during the heatwave. Such an inspiring, relaxed and unique home, set in a surprising and historically interesting city. Art, wine, sun - all of it blended to perfection, just like our new favorite drink, the Cointreau Fizz! We stayed in Angers most of the two weeks, and walked around the city center, but also had some lovely trips in the surroundings. Visited castles, vineyards, chapels and had a one day trip to Nantes, another exciting city. When we came home after a day out, we were welcomed by two adorable cats, a cool house and a kitchen that invited us to cook. And the cutest little garden with plenty of space for us. We could easily have stayed! Arriving home, we found our home in perfect order, which made it easy for us to get back to work. Thank you all, we will remember Angers and your home always!

• Un verdadero hogar en Angers

  Jean Baptiste y Barbara tienen una estupenda casa rehabilitada con mucho gusto que ha hecho las delicias de nuestros hijos. Está muy bien ubicada en una zona tranquila pero cercana al centro de Angers y cuenta con un jardín muy agradable en el que además de comer al aire libre, hemos podido saborear unos excelentes tomates y manzanas que crecen en un pequeño huerto. Todo es perfecto en la casa y dan ganas de no salir !! Junto con información de interés turístico, nos resultaron muy útiles los comentarios que nos dejaron en una libreta con indicaciones sobre la casa y lugares donde hacer la compra, ir a cenar o incluso sobre dónde podríamos encontrar a un médico en caso de necesidad. Hemos disfrutado de una estancia perfecta por lo que recomendamos esta casa a cualquiera que quiera conocer el valle del Liora. Gracias ala familia Maret por compartir vuestro hogar y por vuestra hospitalidad !!
