  Semaine parisienne très agréable chez Eric et Ling. Leur flexibilité nous a permis de réaliser l'échange, et le contact a toujours été clair et facile. L'appartement est très bien situé, nous avons profité du réseau de bus qui permet d'accéder à bien des quartiers directement. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien dans l'appartement, Eric et Ling ayant fait en sorte que nous passions un bon moment. Hâte de revenir à Paris.....

  We are a small family with a 6yo child and spent 16 days in the apartment of Fam. Lacourselle. It is located in a central location in Paris. There are several bus lines and two metro stations within walking distance. It is a maisonette ground floor apartment with combined living-dining room, kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 children's bedroom, shower room,toilet, hallway. The apartment is ideal for a family with a small child. The kitchen is completely equipped with cooling/freezer, oven and dishwasher. The bathroom and the toilet is modernized. TV, Wireless Internet access, DVD player are available. There are enough shopping possibilities in the neighboorhood. . The publicly accessible park Jardin de Luxembourg is in approx. 1 KM walking distance. Fam. Lacourselle were very pleasant exchange partners. All the agreements have been complied with. We can therefore give a very good rating and would like again to say Thank You to Eric, Ling and Helie. Wir sind eine kleine Familie mit einem Kind und haben in der Wohnung von Fam. Lacoursellle 16 Tage verbracht. Das Appartement befindet sich in zentraler Lage von Paris. Es sind mehrere Buslinien und zwei Metrostationen fußläufig erreichbar. Bei der Wohnung handelt es sich um eine Maisonette-Erdgeschosswohnung mit kombiniertem Wohn-Esszimmer, Küche, 1 Elternschlafzimmer, 1 Kinderschlafzimmer, WC, Duschbad u. Diele. Die Wohnung ist ideal für eine Familie mit einem Kleinkind. Die Küchenausstattung ist komplett mit Kühl/-Gefrierschrank, Herd u. Geschirrspüler. Das Bad und WC ist modernisiert. Fernseher, WLAN, DVD-Player sind vorhanden. Es sind ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der in ca. 1 KM Entfernung liegende, öffentlich zugänglich Park Jardin de Luxemburg. Fam. Lacourselle waren sehr angenehme Tauschpartner. Sämtliche Absprachen wurden eingehalten. Wir können daher eine sehr gute Bewertung abgeben und möchten uns nochmals bei Eric, Ling und Helie herzlich bedanken.

  Merveilleux séjour chez Ling et Eric, Appartement au coeur de Paris et en même temps très silencieux. Très confortable, nous nous sommes sentis tout de suite comme chez nous. Recommande vivement !
