  We so enjoyed our time at Spanish Point. Connie and John's cottage is so cozy and welcoming. They left us a big binder of the area's highlights and detailed notes on how everything worked, as well as a very generous array of goodies. We explored the west coast from Dingle in the south to Galway and Clifden in the north, visited the Cliffs of Moher, the Arran Islands, played links golf and took a surfing lesson at a nearby beach. Loved every minute of it.

  Thank you very much for a lovely holiday! We have felt the real Ireland. Music, fresh seafood,stunning views, lovely beaches; what a great time we had! And lots more to explore may be a next time.

  We had a lovely home exchange in Spanish Point. The house was very clean and comfortable and even when the weather was too wet and windy to venture out we could amuse ourselves quite happily. The local beaches provided us with bracing walks, the coastal scenery was spectacular. The highlights for us were the Cliffs of Moher and a day trip with Faherty Tours from Galway to the Aran Islands. We would thoroughly recommend the area for a holiday and our generous hosts who could not have been more helpful.

  Warm , gracious and generous hosts. This was our first experience with home exchange and we could not have had a better example of what is possible when participating in Home Exchange. . We met John and Connie in Dublin where we shared lunch , received the key, information and helpful advice for our first trip to Ireland. When we arrived at their place in Spanish Point we were greeted with a lovely home which was spotless, lots of supplies and several meals available including guiness and wine. Wow it was fantastic.. There was a binder full of helpful facts and information about sites and places to eat and explore which had our stay full of adventure and new experiences. I would recomment Spanish Point and these hosts to anyone who wants to experience the Atlantic Coast of Ireland.
