  Florence and Patrick are very helpful. Patrick was waiting for us at the entrance. The apartment is cozy and is located in a very interesting and lively area! We loved it very much! There are good restaurants in the neighborhood and a very nice local jazz bar. With only locals and the tourists are hard to find, which is great! Metro station is very close by and Gare du Nord is only 15 min walk. Scare Coeur is on a walking distance! You can take various routes the hill up (to avoid the crowd).
