Cosy home, with stunning evening view on the Sion castle in the evenings, owned by a very nice and friendly family. The not-coming-to-us member of the family helped us to reach home and we had nice meetings with him. Pure homelink style! Sion has a great position in order to move everywhere, from the mountains to the lakes and the vineyards, from the thermal baths to the little medieval towns.

We thoroughly enjoyed our swap in Sion .A lovely family home in a beautiful area. The views of the Alps are magnificent and we enjoyed lots of walking , cycling and swimming. There are two gorgeous swimming lakes cycling distance from the house . Ariane ,Christian and their 4 beautiful girls could not have been more helpful and it was fantastic to meet them and have the pleasure of their company . I hope we are as lucky with our next swap
Sion! The most beautiful place in Switzerland!
Dear home linkers, If you would like to go to Switzerland, we can highly recommended that you go to Sion and make an exchange with the Mudry family! The Sion valley is astonishing with white mountain tops all around, beautiful vineyard terraces and old castles! Sion itself has a beautiful ancient centre with very good food and a rich musical life. There are plenty of opportunities to go on spectacular walks. For example along the "bisses", which are small paths by streams of melted water coming down from the mountains. The Mudry family live in a very nice house with wonderful views to the mountains. The family is so nice and they have the funniest hen, Plumette! We let it out of it's cage in the morning, and the hen loved to come over and be near to us! It is so tame and sweet!

Non seulement les propriétaires sont super sympas, mais en plus cette maison respire le bonheur. Séjour bien trop court, tant nous avions de choses à faire. On a envie, et de recommencer l'expérience des échanges, et de revenir en Suisse.
A wonderful skiing trip in the 4 valleys
