An oasis. The garden is covered in trees, so that you can hardly see the home from the street. But then you enter and there it is: a beautiful black wooden house. If you arrive late, lights guide you along the winding path to the entrance door. The interior is very beautifully designed. Colorful carpets, ornaments, and flowers make you feel very welcome and home. And then Copenhagen: cyclists' heaven! A 20 minute ride brings you to the city center with all its attractions. My personal highlight was the green cycle lane: many kilometers of car-free, uninterrupted cycling though parks, along rows of trees, through forest. Right in the middle of a capital. Chapeau. Interacting with Felix and Louise was a great pleasure and everything went very smooth. It was a great pleasure to stay in their home.
How fun it was to discover Felix, Louise, Asla and Valder in our home before our departure to Denmark. Young, enthusiastic and lively, we thought we were lucky. To get a home resembling them would be a home to our liking. And so it was. We found a lovely house in black painted wood with large airy rooms extremely well-appointed. We loved the cats, Oliver and Olivia, and the lovely large park opening practically off the back door and the nearby beautiful lake and the protected bike paths everywhere. The situation of the house rendered it both a shelter from the city and an ideal place for visiting not only Copenhagen but other stunning Danish sites, while the calming embrace of the beautifully-tended garden made coming home each evening even more pleasant than venturing out. Thanks for a wonderful exchange.
What a wonderful garden and what a wonderful house! Felix and Louise had definitely prepared our stay and made us feel very welcome! Great location, 10 min by train and 20 minutes by bike to Copenhagen centre.
Ideal location to visit Copenhagen ! Only few minutes by suburb train from Denmark's capital, a cosy house with a lovely garden. Felix and Louise make you feel welcome in their home.
