Hello! I'm Hayley and my husband is Leyton and we have a 17 year old boy and 15 year old girl. We are interested in swapping in the UK only during school holidays.

We live in a clean and very well presented 4 bedroom house in Chippenham, Wiltshire, which is a small, peaceful town sandwiched between Swindon to the East and Bath to the West.

Master bedroom has a Superking bed and an en-suite shower room.

My son's room is a double size room with a single bed, a freeview TV, netflix, xbox and PS4. My daughter's room is a double size room with a single bed with TV and netflix. We have a family bathroom on this level, a study and a further bedroom with a king-size bed and TV with sky and netflix.

Downstairs comprises a lounge with HDTV, Netflix, Sky HD channels, downstairs cloakroom, further computer. The kitchen has a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, gas cooker, microwave, full size fridge/freezer.

The kitchen leads through to our dining room. Off the dining room is our gym. We have a weights bench, LifeFitness machines comprising running machine, cross trainer and bike. Outside, we have a large patio with tables and chairs, a nice enclosed garden at the rear with a double swing. We have Weber gas BBQ on the patio area. Our house is child friendly and is in a very quiet cul de sac. We are a 15 min walk to the town centre, and 15 minute walk to the train station. You get to Bath with a 10 minute train journey, Bristol in about 20 minutes on the train, and Swindon in the opposite direction in 15 minutes.
