Bob and Debra - we are in our early sixties, retired and are an athletic, outdoors loving couple. Our home is available most of the year. Simultaneous exchanges are not necessary. We always travel with our small, 13 year-old dog. We have done 10 exchanges. We definitely prefer smaller towns and villages - we love to visit cities, but prefer the great outdoors!

1200 square foot, two bedroom/2 bath home with lanai and large yard in sunny, warm Florida - a vacation resort area. This is a secured, gated, golf cart community for ages 55+. Within 2 hours of both Florida coasts and sites. Hundreds of stores and restaurants locally. Most accessible by golf cart. Excellent entertainment and numerous outdoor activities: golfing, tennis, hiking, cycling, kayaking, pickleball, volleyball, softball, shuffleboard. State parks and natural springs close by. Community center offers FREE amenities: fitness room, library, pool & spa, arts/crafts/hobby rooms, card room, billiards, sauna, jacuzzi and more. The Villages is next door and offers free nightly dancing and entertainment on the Square. You can be busy everyday or just relax by the pool and enjoy the sun. Perfect for one or two couples. Gardener, sixty-five inch television with satellite, and WIFI. Excellent medical facilities nearby. Small dogs are welcome. We have bicycles, golf clubs, and golf cart for your use. We also have a second home south of Paris, France that can be exchanged.

Our neighborhood is very quiet, but less than a mile from medical facilities, stores and restaurants. Neighbors are very friendly. Excellent location for those who enjoy the outdoors. Distances(in miles) to nearby sites/attractions: Orlando airport (67), Kennedy Space Center (58), Disney World/Sea World/Universal Studios (60), St. Augustine (94) Daytona Beach (71) Tampa (71). Vacationers Paradise!

Children are not accepted in this community. We will consider a small dog. Smoking is allowed in the lanai and the terrace only. Our gardener will take care of the landscaping. It will be necessary to rent a car at the Orlando airport (or here in town), but the rates for rentals are as low as $15/day.
