Beskrivning av hemmet vi erbjuda att byta bort
This beautiful home is located in Ormond Beach, Florida, just minutes from Daytona Beach and one hour from the Orlando attractions. Originally the model home for the development, it is a two story home featuring four bedrooms and two and one half bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms and one full bath is on the second floor and the spacious master suite with sitting area and fireplace is located on the first floor.
Generally, you will find a combination of hardwood floors and ceramic time throughout the first floor of the house with carpeting on the second floor. My wife is a gourmet cook, so you will find a fully equipped and stocked kitchen with all of the appliances you might need to prepare a meal. The family room is adjacent to the kitchen.
The house is 10 min. from the beach, 5 min. from the golf course. A BBQ, firepit and hot tub are located on the two rear patios. WIFI and cable are provided. Free access to the club pool is provided at no cost (5 minute drive).

Our neighborhood is quiet very well maintained. The neighbors look out for one another, which we believe is a good thing. Most people keep to themselves unless invited, so you don't have to worry about being bothered or surprised by overly curious neighbors.

Again, the main attraction of this location is the proximity to the beach and the golf course. Approximately 5 miles up the road in Flagler County, there are myriad bike paths and we have two bicycles available, although there are no rentals close by if you need additional bikes. You are approximately one hour and 15 minutes to the front gates of Disney World and Epcot Center for those of you with children.

Please note that we do NOT do exchanges during the Christmas holidays, as our home is the center of family activities.
When we return, we expect the house to be in a similar condition to when we left, and we will do the same for you. If there is bedding to be laundered, we will take care of that upon our return. Absolutely no smoking, inside or out. Well behaved children are negotiable.
