Please take care of our house and we will take care of yours. Try to leave the house as you found it with dishes and bedding washed. You are welcome to use anything around the house as long as it's not locked away.

The house is on a cliff so if kids are present they should be closely supervised. There is abundant wildlife in the area including lizards, mongoose, and ocassionally boar. They are nothing to be worried about since they will always run long before you see them, but there are occasional encounters. We live the aloha lifestyle which means being gracious to neighbors, no loud parties, or disrespecting others.

There is no heating since it's the tropics and you won't need it. We have a portable air condidioner which can be hooked up if your are bothered by the heat which can get up to 90 degrees in the summer. Tempuratures average around 78-82 degrees farenheit year round but are cooled by the trade winds coming off the ocean.
