Our home where we live is ~3200 sq ft located in a private and quiet beachfront community in far north California, just 1.5mi from Oregon. The home has five bedrooms three baths though most of the bedrooms have been converted into offices or art rooms. Thus only two & a fraction rooms have beds and can be used as a bedroom(s). Our home has a media room with theater chairs access to DirecTV programming as well as Amazon prime and Netflix. The home is very much a green energy home and is very comfortable year-round with almost no use of heating or cooling. All on one level, no stairs to get in and out of house or garage. Our backyard is a beach as seen in the photos and a private walk down to the sand is one house away...1min walk.

Very quiet neighborhood made up of 35 lots, approx 25 homes, and about 50% of those are only used as second homes by their owners.

Multiple old growth redwood forest nearby for hiking and or camping. Closest town with approximately 5,000 residents 8 miles north with multiple restaurants, Marina w/ eateries and some outdoor & indoor activities, and one approximately 16 mi South with 8,000 residents, restaurants, Marina, fairgrounds, Walmart and local airport.

No smoking of Any kind.
No children (<21 yr age) or Any pets. Use of TV's w/ initial direction provided by us. Use of EV vehicle (Nissan Leaf) for only local travel (to/from both close by cities on coast). Use of 1 set ea men's & women's gold clubs. No plant or yard maintenance required. Home to be vacated in the same condition it was left (clean sheets on 2 beds; 1king size, 1full size, all used towels placed in laundry room for us to wash when we return). All dishes washed & dried well and returned to same cabinets where they originated. More rules in specifics to be determined at time of mutual contract/agreement.
