House will be clean upon arrival. Should be left in same clean condition upon departure with all items used during stay left in same place. Arizona is a desert and as such presents some unique needs to care for the home. There will be a list of needs, suggestions to follow and possible non-taxing care during stay. It is a fabulous home and very easy, comfortable living!

One small dog is fine. We are very allergic to cats and as such would prefer not to have cats in home, unless by previous arrangement and a deep clean upon departure. More animals will need to be discussed. No more than 2 children at a time preferred just based on sleeping arrangements. No kids or teens to be left unattended at any time. Minimum age to be unattended in home is 25 yrs old.
