Welcome to our home, a minimal and relaxed modern flat in an art deco block in the heart of Maida Vale. It's the perfect launchpad for enjoying the best of London being an easy walk from the West End and brilliantly connected by all public transport.

Our 50m2 flat is modern, light, clean and perfectly appointed allowing you to relax, eat, sleep and refresh in style during your stay.

After exhausting yourself enjoying London's many delights, come home to all the comforts you could want - our flat is fully equipped with everything you need.

The bathroom has a large wetroom style shower, while a heated mirror means gents can shave no matter how steamy!

Instead of a TV we have a projector and DVD player setup in the lounge to beam movies directly onto the wall in true cinema style while full surround sound completes the experience while a connected laptop provides Netflix alongside other streaming services you have. Wifi is available throughout the flat.

The custom-built kitchen is fully appointed with gas hob, electric oven, fridge and freezer.

The master bedroom has a king size double bed and plenty of wardrobe space, while the equally sized spare room has been converted into a comprehensive home gym.

We also have free gated parking available on site for anyone bringing or hiring a car, so no need to worry about crazy London parking prices.

Instructions for everything you could need to know will be supplied in our house manual, as well as a full guide to our favourite local spots from hidden pubs and restaurants, to unique cinemas, city walks and more.

Please note: our apartment is on the 3rd floor, and - as with all period London apartment buildings - there is no lift, it is stair access only.
