We are experienced home swappers (8 exchanges through 2 organisations) with a lovely 4 bedroom Victorian house in London. Summer 2017: We're looking for a stays of around a week as part of a three week trip between 20th July and 3rd September. 26 May to 4 June is also possible.

As London houses go, it is very spacious. A flexible space, well suited to families or couples. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Lounge with Smart TV, Dining room, Utility room, Large Kitchen, Garden with trampoline, play house, BBQ and hammock! We have two children and can provide highchair, cot, car seats etc as required (plus toys, DVDs and books!). The photo of the children's room needs updating as it now has a bunk bed (rather than a single bed and toddler bed).

We're very well connected: a five minute walk from a Central Line tube station. 15 minutes to City, 25 minutes to theatre district/West End. The M11 motorway out of London is just 5 minutes away by car (e.g. Cambridge is just 50 minutes away)

Leytonstone is a vibrant, multicultural East London area and a real sense of community. Along with neighbouring Leyton and Walthamstow it has recently seen an increase of new destinations for foodies, coffee lovers and artists. We are a 10 minute walk from the edge of Epping Forest. The world class Olympic Park sporting facilities and huge new Westfield shopping mall are also very nearby. Happy to provide lots of eating, drinking and cultural recommendations.
