Beskrivning av hemmet vi erbjuda att byta bort

We have a lovely renovated Victorian house in a quiet picturesque riverside area of London. Three bedrooms, the master bedroom with a large double bed and two further bedrooms with small doubles. The River Thames towpath is a block away! The Royal Botanical Gardens at Kew, Hogarth's House, Chiswick House, the Steam Museum and the Musical Instrument Museum are all within a short walk from our house. Richmond Park and Syon House are close by and good area for walking.

Our neighbourhood, "Strand-on-the-Green" is the riverside part of Chiswick, in between Kew Bridge and Chiswick Bridge. The area is leafy and quiet, good for walking.
We have local Cafes, restaurants and shops as well as the amenities of the Chiswick High Road which is a short walk away.
Golf at Dukes meadows 10 minute walk. Watermans Arts Centre. Kew Gardens. Chiswick House and Grounds. Richmond Park. are all close by.
Transport links are Chiswick station (10mins walk), and Gunnersbury Station (10mins walk), as well as river trips to Hampton Court.

Våra tips om platser att gå och saker att göra när du bor i vårt hem

The absolute centre of London is 25 minutes by train or tube, where you can experience the famous London Eye, or visit one of the many incredible museums, concerts or shows that London has to offer.
Bikes and a Paddle board are available for use. There are plenty of art materials, books, as well as a paddling pool in the garden. We have a vegetable patch and a gas-fired BBQ which is easy to use. The local sailing club houses my Laser dinghy and Kayaks.
Chiswick High Road is a 15 minute walk away and has plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops of all kinds. There are 3 family-friendly riverside pubs within 5 minutes walk.
We love the area (we have lived in for over 20 years) and hope that you do, too!
